Also, jollygrub.com is the mother lode for favorite British foods and a good selection of other "world foods" (see dropdown menu on their website), at reasonable cost and shipping (they're based in New Hampshire.) While you're at it, try the various flavored KitKats and Aero bars. Yum. English and Irish tearooms, cafes, or gift shops often have Smarties as well, if you live near a town that has such a place. I have seen them in grocery stores like Harris Teeter and Publix. There is normally a section of "English" foods (mushy peas, spotted dick, treacle, some candies, etc.). Sometimes the selection is small, but they usually have some. There are several candy shops in NYC that carry them too. Where are you located?
